Happy 8th Stampaversary to me!!

Have you had a chance to make one of these framed art pieces? They're easier than I realized! I made them for Pillow Gifts a few weeks ago, for those that attended my Crafty Chicks Day! Did you notice how glossy the chocolate and cherry look? I used my Fine Tip Glue and covered the Chocolate Glaze and Cherry with the Glue. It comes out so smooth and stays right where you want it! It dries clear and glossy and really makes the chocolate pop!

To make the frame, I started with a piece of Watermelon Wonder cardstock 8 1/2" x 8 1/2 and scored on all 4 sides at 1/2, 1, 1 1/2, and 2.

Next, on the top and bottom sides (only), I scored 1" down at 2 1/2 and 6. Trim all 4 corners as picture below shows.

Add Tear & Tape to all 4 sides, right up next to the first score line as shown. Fold on ALL score lines and burnish with Bone Folder. Starting with a straight edge, remove Tear & Tape and fold over into a square as shown.

Fold opposite straight edge and glue down. Next fold and adhere both curved sides.

Now you have your shadowbox frame and it's ready to decorate! I used a 3 x 3 piece of Tasty Treats Designer Paper. Feel free to decorate just like mine, using the Cool Treats Bundle, or come up with your own design! Either way, I'd love to see what you make!! Feel free to post in my Facebook group and share your creation!!

Thanks for stopping by!
